This stylish one bedroom apartment is very central. Its proximity to the Marais, Beaubourg and Les Halles means that it's within walking distance of many of the city's famous monuments, museums, restaurants, bars and shopping hotspots. Indeed the Marais, Pompidou Centre, River Seine, Notre Dame, Hotel de Ville, rue de Rivoli and the Musée Picasso are all just a few minutes walk away. The nearest métro is Rambuteau - a 6 minute walk.

The apartment is in the 3rd arrondissement, in a quiet street away from the general hustle and bustle. It's on the 4th floor (no lift!) and has recently been renovated and decorated to a high standard that reflects its young owner. Modern contemporary furniture and design are mixed with 17th century wooden beams and clay ceramic tiled flooring.

The dining area has a modern glass dining table with 3 polished aluminium chairs.

A breakfast bar and two stools separate the dining area from the kitchen. Here you will find all the expected appliances including a dishwasher, oven, electric hobs, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer and kettle. There's a washing machine in the separate loo, next to the entrance hall.

Following through, the bathroom and the bedroom are located in the same space, separated by a small wall. The bedroom has a double bed (5ft3, 1.6m wide bed), two bedside tables with reading lamps and ample cupboard space.

The bathroom has a bath tub with hand-held shower and a wash basin.

The apartment is on the top floor and has a light and airy feel. It's location means that attractions and restaurants are in abundance.
