If you have undertaken the almost impossible task of trying to find a large house in the centre of Paris, look no further! This informal town-house is not only a rare find but also boasts its own private street complete with a large gate and digicode blocking access to the public.
The residents of this lovely mews have all contributed to the atmosphere by lining the pavements with plants and trees and of course this outdoor space can be enjoyed in the warmer months for dining or having a drink outside. It is a true haven from the surrounding buzz of the city. You are within walking distance of Montmartre and the Place de Clichy and the nearest métro is 30 seconds walk away at La Fourche.
The house sleeps 7 people in 2 double bedrooms a 1 twin and a single.

The ground floor (23ft3 x 23ft3, 7.10m x 7.10m) is open-plan in style and incorporates the main living area, the dining area and the kitchen. It has been decorated with a mixture of modern and antique with many original painting and photos lining the walls.
The living area has 2 sofas, one double and one triple, a large armchair and a coffee table. Two small steps lead down to a cosy second living room or "TV" room which seats 10 people comfortably on sofa type cushions that line the walls.
The dining area has a large table that seats 8 people. The kitchen area is small but functional and has all the expected appliances. An independent washing room with a washing machine and dryer can be found just behind the kitchen. There is also a ground floor loo.
