If you want Paris, it is hard to get more Paris than this! Located in the heart of Montmartre on rue Lepic, one of its most famous streets, this apartment enjoys wonderful views over the city and the Eiffel Tower from its balcony. At your doorstep you will discover the charm, liveliness and authenticity which makes this area the most visited in Paris whilst managing to keep a truly village feel. Only 5 minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur, the Moulin Rouge and the nearest métro station at Abbesses where you will discover a vibrant mix of small artisan boutiques, galleries, traditional French restaurants cafés and bars.

The apartment is situated on the 6th floor of a traditional Montmartre building. There's no lift so it is not suitable for the old or infirm. It accommodates up to 4 people in one double bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. There's one bathroom.

Two large French windows from the living room lead out onto a small balcony with beautiful views over Paris. A perfect place to enjoy breakfast or marvel at the sparkling Eiffel Tower (for 10 minutes every hour on the hour!) whilst enjoying a glass of wine.

The living room (17ft9 x 6ft3 x 5.40m x 4.70m) has been comfortably decorated in "old French style" with a sofa that folds out into a double bed, two leather armchairs, an antique armchair, a large wooden antique dining table with 4 chairs, a fireplace (for decoration only), two large antique mirrors and wooden floorboards throughout. There is a TV with cable channels (including English speaking CNN, BBC) and a DVD player. The cable connection also provides a high-speed broadband internet connection.

The separate kitchen is simple but has all the expected appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and a washer / dryer.

The bedroom (16ft x 8ft6, 4.90m x 2.60m) has a 5ft3 double bed large cupboard space, two reading tables with lamps, a chair and a Hi-Fi.

The en suite bathroom has a large basin, bath tub and overhead shower.

Rue Lepic is truly in the heart of "Amélie land" and the "Deux Moulins" where all the café scenes were filmed can be found just two minutes away. The street is also lined with some of the best restaurants in the area including the Virage Lepic with its traditional French cuisine and atmosphere or the Le Trèfle with its wonderful Moroccan food. Don't miss a taste of one of their succulent tagines!
