Prices quoted are Euros (€s) per property per night, they are payable in Euros (€s) and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately €1 = $1.20 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of €75 ($90)- to cover all administrative costs and service elements. We have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish.
If you book consecutive rentals in Paris and London the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of €750 (£500).
Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.

Just off rue Etienne Marcel and the Quartier Montorgueil, this wonderfully atypical duplex apartment is located in one of Paris's most central and fashionable areas. It is situated in one of Paris's most fashionable and sought after areas which has become, a hub for the young and artistic, bringing with them a wealth of fashion boutiques, trendy restaurants, bistros and bars, boulangeries and delicatessens. The apartment sleeps 2/3 and has been designed as an open space (400sqft, 37m2) with separate bathroom. This property is adjoining PJJR (sleeps 5), so both rented together can accommodate a party of 7/8.

If you have undertaken the almost impossible task of trying to find a large house in the centre of Paris, look no further! This informal town-house is not only a rare find but also boasts its own private street complete with a large gate and digicode blocking access to the public. The house sleeps 7 people in 2 double bedrooms a 1 twin and a single.

This newly renovated clean and functional apartment is situated in the heart of Montmartre and boasts wonderful views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Only a few minutes walk from the Sacré Coeur it's a perfect location for those wanting to enjoy the authentic village atmosphere that has attracted artists, writers and actors here for centuries.

This typically French apartment is located in the Latin Quarter, at the foot of the rue Mouffetard, one of the city's oldest streets. For generations it was known as one of the great market streets of Paris. The market tradition has hung on to this day and every morning you will find fruit and vegetable stalls, shops selling fine cheeses and wines and traditional market cafés.
The apartment is situated on the first floor (no lift) and sleeps 5 comfortably in 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom, there are 2 bathrooms.
