This charming one bedroom apartment is situated in the Marais, one of Paris's oldest and most historical areas as well as being one of its best shopping spots. You are a short walk away from the Place des Vosges, the Musée Picasso, the Place de la République and wonderful shopping streets such as the rue du Franc Bourgois. The nearest métros are at Filles du Calvaire or Temple.

The apartment is situated on the 5th floor (no lift) and sleeps 2/4 in a double bedroom and on the matresses in the living area. As there is no door between the two rooms it's best suited for a couple with children or 2 couples who know each other well.
Newly renovated, the apartment boasts all modern comforts whilst maintaining a real Parisian feel. Indeed wooden beams are apparent throughout and the furniture is worthy of any design magazine. There is also a wifi broadband internet connection.

One enters the apartment directly into the living / kitchen area. Here you will a several colourful mattresses that have been assembled to create a Moroccan style sofa and a breakfast table that seats 2. The matresses can also be used as beds for two people.
The kitchen is compact yet well equipped with everything you need including electric hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave / oven, coffee machine and toaster.

The bathroom, behind some clouded modern glass doors, has a walk-in shower cubicle with large overhead shower, a wash basin and a loo.
The bedroom has a double bed (5ft3, 1m60 wide), 2 chairs, a large modern designer lamp and a TV (CNN, BBC). The bedroom also boasts a small balcony where one can enjoy a morning coffee or that "oh so Parisian" aperitif!

Soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the Marais with its unique mix of cultures, the young and trendy, artists and writers. Enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants of the rue des Rosiers, or shop till you drop on the rue Franc Bourgeois.
Or, if it all gets too much, relax in the large sofas of the Loire dans la Théière whilst enjoying some of the best cakes, teas or hot chocolates Paris has to offer! Don't forget that the Marais is also one of the few, or only, area where the shops open on Sunday.
