This classic apartment has everything one needs to feel like a true Parisian!

Firstly, it's in the heart of one of Paris’s oldest and most vibrant of areas. The Marais boasts not only architectural beauty but also some of the best bars, cafés, bistros, restaurants and museums Paris has to offer. You are within walking distance of many of the city's greatest attractions: the Place des Vosges, the Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, Isle St Louis and the River Seine. The nearest métro is only a 5 minute walk away at Filles des Calvaires.

Secondly, the apartment has been decorated with a classic Parisian feel. The walls are adorned with paintings and the antique furniture will transport you directly back to the 17th century!

The apartment is on the 4th floor (no lift) and sleeps 3 adults in one double bedroom and one single. A 4th person - child/young adult can be accommodated on a small sleigh-bed used as a sofa in the living area. Because of the bathroom arrangements - this apartment is best suited for a family party.

From the entrance hall, a corridor leads to the living/dining area.

This is a large convivial open space, both bright and airy. There are two double sofas (one of which can be used as a bed for a child if needed), two armchairs and a working fireplace.

There is also a small TV (with cable channels) and broadband internet access. The dining table comfortably seats 4.

At the far end of the living area you will find the main bedroom, a bright and airy room with Velux windows. Here there is a double bed (5ft3, 1m60 wide), 2 armchairs, a desk, a chest of drawers and ample storage space. The en-suite bathroom offers a large bathtub with hand-held shower, a washbasin and a loo.

Off the entrance hallway you will find the single bedroom which has a 4 poster bed, bedside and lamp, desk and ample storage space.

Across the hall you will find a small utility room where the washer/dryer is kept. There's also a second loo.

Soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the Marais with its unique mix of cultures, the young and trendy, artists and writers. Enjoy a meal in one of the many Jewish restaurants of the rue des Rosiers, or shop till you drop on the rue Franc Bourgeois. Or if it all gets too much relax in the large sofas of the Loire dans la Théière whilst enjoying some of the best cakes, teas or hot chocolates Paris has to offer! Don't forget that the Marais is also one of the few or only area where the shops open on Sunday.

This is a No Smoking property.
