Enjoy views as far as the eye can see and relax in the artistic atmosphere of this charming apartment owned by a picture restorer. This 5th floor accommodation (no lift) boasts wonderful views over the rooftops and monuments of Paris including the Sacré Coeur and the Eiffel Tower.
In the heart of Montmartre's Abbesses district, famous for it's artists and writers, you can find some of the cities most authentic cafés, bars, galleries, shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. You are only 1 minute walk away from the nearest métro station at Abbesses which gives you easy connections to the city's major sights.

The apartment has a artistic yet homely feel it has wooden flooring throughout and is furnished with an abundance of paintings, books and antiques. It sleeps 4/5 in two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. An occasional 5th person can sleep on a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.

The front door enters into a small entrance hall with the kitchen straight ahead and the living/ dining area (16ft6 x 12ft8, 5.00m x 3.85m) to the right. This is furnished with two sofas which have been placed either side of a working wood burning fireplace. There is a folding wooden dining table that comfortably seats 4 when folded and 8 when unfolded. Two large windows open out onto a balcony as do all the windows in the apartment.

The modern kitchen has a long breakfast bar with 2 stools and a small breakfast table with two chairs. You will find all the expected appliances including gas hobs and oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

The bedrooms are either side of the living area. The first has a double bed (6ft3 x 4ft7, 190cm x 140cm), a large chest of drawers, a small TV and windows that open on to the balcony. There is an en-suite bathroom with a marble wash basin and shower cubicle.

The second bedroom doubles as a study and has a double sofa which folds out into a bed (6ft3 x 4ft7, 190cm x 140cm). You will also find a desk with high-speed internet access (bring your own laptop) and a second en-suite bathroom (shower room) with a wash basin and shower cubicle. Two large windows once again give you access to a balcony. There's a separate loo off the hallway.

If you can tear yourself away from the wonderful views, you will find an abundance of things to do right at your doorstep. Relax in the park just below the Sacré Coeur or rummage through one of the many book, fashion or antique shops. Don't miss La Famille restaurant on the rue des Trois Frères truly the restaurant of the moment. Make sure you book ahead! Or just simply enjoy the sunset from your balcony and watch Paris change colour whilst enjoying a glass of wine bought from one of the areas many wine merchants!
